A Low, Flat Fee
SecondOpineSpine operates on a transparent flat fee basis so there are no surprises. Your flat fee covers everything from the physical examination to the written report. We accept cash or checks including checks from Health Savings Accounts.
What to Expect
Our board‑certified surgeons will carry out a comprehensive review of your medical records, including all films, x‑rays and MRI scans. You will then undergo a thorough history and physical examination, focusing on neurological and spinal function. Finally, we prepare a detailed written medical second opinion and discuss the findings with you.

We provide a second opinion only. We do not perform surgeries or treatments, nor do we write prescriptions. This ensures that our recommendations are free of financial influence.
